Having evaluated several tripods, this is by far the nicest in terms of quality of materials - there are few plastics, and they're of good quality. However my camera will only be used indoors, and there's no spreader - which I should have realised before buying. The ball adjustment to level the camera is fine too, but I probably want a 2-axis or 3-axis tripod head - with a pan/tilt handle. Again, I should have realised this tripod doesn't have that. So, if none of these things are negatives for you - buy one! I think you'll be pleased you did.

Really, really good value for money.I was originally a little skeptical about purchasing a £60 tripod as I’ve used a heavy duty (and quite expensive) Manfrotto for the last 4 years. However I needed something lightweight to take on longer adventures and I didn’t really want to spend silly money on something that would likely be beaten up after a few months of use. So, after weighing up the reviews and the price I decided to go ahead and order this tripod - I’ve owned it for about 2 weeks now and it’s been a treat to use.I’ll put some pros and cons below!Pros:* Great value for money.* Very lightweight and sturdy for the price.* The ball head is smooth to use and feels strong.* Small enough to carry in a medium sized backpack.* Easily supports my Fuji XT2 w/ 23mm 1.4.Cons:* Not super stable when the legs are fully extended; this is to be expected with a budget tripod though.* The leg clips are plastic and don’t feel very strong.* The ball head can fall off quite easily, make sure you tighten it A LOT or add some thread locker. Conclusion:I haven’t owned this tripod long enough to really comment on the durability but so far so good. For a budget travel tripod you honestly can’t go wrong, it’s sturdy enough to deal with most situations and the lightweight build is a treat on long walks.. you’ll definitely save yourself a backache!

The tripod came covered with tones of dust and it look like was stored somewhere humid.. The quality of tripod is good but it was disappointing to receive it in this condition. Had to wash the tripod bag and everything, don't want to send it back due to the current situation otherwise would probably demand a new one.

Well made piece of kit. Bought one for my grand daughter and she uses professionally. Will fit any camera with 14" thread (I.E. Most cameras) Should be good for video and brilliant for stills.

Excellent tripod, I brought a cheaper one and sent it back for being rubbish and then purchased this one although a little more expensive for budget photographers this is well worth the money, very stable and compact, extremely lightweight and durable, I have used this a dozen times and it’s been perfect it also comes with a very good carry bag not like the cheaper ones, this carry bag is robust and can be carried a multitude of ways very happy.

Very happy with this. I actually hate having to use a tripod, so didn't want to splash out ££££s for something i dont enjoy using! But my priorities were: total folded length (to be able to fit it in my suitcase when travelling), weight, having a decent ball head, and leg clips and aren't too stiff or too loose. So far, it's ticked all the boxes. The clips that determine the angle of the legs do worry me a bit because i'm clumsy and can imagine snapping one off by trying to force the leg the wrong way, but that's on me.OVerall, i did a lot of comparison and i think this offers the best combination of price, weight and features currently available on Amazon.
